Job Description:
Duration: 12 month contract
Pay: $23/hr
Title: Data Entry Clerk II
Responsibilities:
- This role supports business licensing among retail locations.
- This role will open mail sent from jurisdictions (both physical mail as well as email) and scan it into the system and enter key details.
- This role will also mail licenses out to stores as well as checks to jurisdictions.
- Finally, this role may support additional data entry through reviewing jurisdictional requirements and entering findings into the system.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years relevant experience required.
- Ability to use a laptop, enter data into a system, basic excel skills
- Experience with business licensing or other regulatory experience is a plus
- Communication skills a plus, ability to work well with others, ability to problem solve when necessary
