Work Hours: 20-24 hours per week, 4-5 hours each day.
THE POSITION:
As an Executive Assistant in Construction, you'll support the executive team with administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly. Your organizational prowess and attention to detail will be vital in maintaining efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the construction executives
Coordinate project meetings, site visits, and conference calls
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and documents
Handle construction-related expense reports and invoices
Organize correspondence and communications
Assist in creating presentations and reports
Ensure prompt responses to inquiries
Collaborate with other departments
Provide general administrative support
REQUIREMENTS:
Prior experience in executive or administrative roles in construction preferred
