Position Summary: As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing our customers with support and assistance. This may include answering questions about our products or services, resolving discrepancies, and processing orders. You will also be responsible for building relationships with our internal and external customers and ensuring that they have a positive experience with our company and department.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Answer customer phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide customers with information about our products and services.
  • Resolve customer problems and complaints
  • Process customer orders and returns.
  • Build relationships with customers and ensure that they have a positive experience with our company.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Interacts with shipping and logistics team as a liaison between area manager/customers and warehouse staff
  • Handles all traces, proof of deliveries, credits and documentation necessary to resolve shipping complaints

Experience, Education, Certifications and Licensures:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Customer service experience is required.
  • Must be available to work 10 am to 7 pm shift.
