A leading Bay Area General Contractor is looking to add a highly-skilled Electrical Consultant to their team.
You will be based in their main office in Milpitas, reporting directly into the VPs.
Role and Responsibilities (All with an emphasis on the electrical discipline):
Help the GC with proposals and winning projects.
Act as a consultant as to how they would approach technical builds.
Aid with coordinating with electrical service providers.
Bid reviews on projects.
Help deal with issues that arise with electrical subcontractors.
Be the main point of contact for any electrical, issues, queries or concerns.
Requirements:
Be an expert in the Electrical field - a subject matter expert.
Ideally coming from a strong electrical subcontractor, design firm, or an owner of an electrical firm.
A strong appreciation for Design-Build Electrical construction or Design-Build Electrical Sub-Contracting.
