Demonstrable experience in one or more of TTH (Travel Technology & Hospitality), Retail & Manufacturing or BFSI (Banking & Financial Services, Insurance) domains
Technology consulting background with experience gained in recognized consulting organizations preferred.
Consulting Experience
Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, ensuring it aligns with business goals, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
Support executives and business leaders to translate their business vision into technology strategy, capabilities, assets, and technologies.
Understand client business objectives, technology landscape, and integration challenges, and provide strategic guidance.
Lead architecture assessments, workshops, and consulting engagements to assess current-state integration capabilities, identify gaps and opportunities, and develop target-state integration architectures and transformation roadmaps.
Work closely with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, business leaders and IT Teams, to align integration decisions with business priorities and ensure buy-in and support for proposed solutions.
Provide thought leadership, best practices, and industry insights to help navigate complex integration decisions and digital transformation initiatives.
Keep up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in enterprise systems integration, and leverage this knowledge to inform architecture designs and recommendations.
Technology & Engineering Expertise
Proficiency in integration platforms such as Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, IBM Integration Bus, Apache Kafka, or similar, with hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and deploying integration solutions.
In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies, such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar. Certifications are desirable, not mandatory.
Experience with API Management platforms such as Apigee, Azure API Management, or AWS API Gateway, including API design, security, versioning, and monitoring.
In-depth knowledge of ESB technologies and standards including SOAP, REST, XML, and JSON.
Experience with message-oriented middleware (MOM) platforms such as IBM MQ, RabbitMQ, Apache ActiveMQ, or similar, and their use cases for asynchronous messaging and event-driven architectures.
Expertise in data integration techniques and ETL tools between systems, databases and applications.
Experience with data mapping, transformation and enrichment techniques using tools such as XSLT, XPath, JSONata, or graphical data mapping tools.
Deep understanding of security best practices and standards securing integration endpoints, encrypting data at rest and in transit, and implementing identity access management (IAM) controls.
Proficiency in designing and documenting architectural artifacts, including process flows, data models, and system diagrams.
Professional certification in at least one of Azure, AWS or GCP (expected familiarization with all three)
Experience in Cloud migration and modernization programs.
Experience in building enterprise platforms using cloud native components.
