Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Project Manager at Marnie Custom Homes in Bethany Beach, DE. The Field Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning to execution. They will collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with high quality. The Field Project Manager will also be responsible for managing project schedules, coordinating resources, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
Qualifications
Proven experience in project management, in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively and manage relationships with various stakeholders
Professional certifications, such as Project Management Professional (PMP), are a plus
