GENERAL DESCRIPTION



The Content & Brand Reputation Manager is responsible for upholding the integrity and excellence of MedCerts' brands. This role involves a deep dive into both our B2C and B2B brand narratives, ensuring they resonate authentically with our target audiences. The candidate must be meticulous, with a proven track record in content, reputation, and brand management. They will manage brand content, company reputation across third-party sites and social media platforms, and influencer and brand advocacy outreach initiatives. Direct management responsibilities may include at least 1-2 direct team members, not immediately, but eventually.


Given the marketing team's significant role within the organization, the Director of Content & Communications will have opportunities for skill development and growth in their position.



GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Curate, review, and refine content to align with the ethos of MedCerts' B2C and B2B brands.


  • Collaborate with content creators to develop materials that speak to our target audiences.


  • Ensure all content is clear, engaging, and tailored to both our MedCerts B2C and Partner Solutions B2B brands.


  • Monitor and oversee MedCerts' online review sites, ensuring responses are timely, appropriate, and align with our brand voice.


  • Design and execute strategies to enhance brand perception and customer satisfaction.


  • Address any brand-related issues or crises with tact and efficiency.


  • Brand Advocacy Program:


    • Develop, maintain, and scale our brand advocacy program to strengthen our community presence.


    • Identify and collaborate with brand champions to amplify our message.


    • Identify potential influencers who align with MedCerts' values and ethos.


    • Manage influencer partnerships, ensuring the delivery of genuine and compelling content.




  • Oversee MedCerts' social media presence, ensuring consistent branding, and engaging content across platforms.


  • Work closely with the Director of Content and Communications on strategic planning and execution.


  • Liaise with various departments to ensure content and branding are consistent across channels.



REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.


  • 5+ years of experience in content, reputation, and brand management.


  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.


  • Demonstrated experience in managing online review sites, brand advocacy programs, influencer programs, and social media marketing.


  • High attention to detail, with an analytical mindset.


  • Proven track record in improving brand image and building brand reputation.


  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.


  • Proficiency with relevant software and platforms, such as content management systems, social media monitoring tools, and analytics tools.





WORKING CONDITIONS



This position is fully remote, work-from-home. This is a remote position in which work will be completed during normal business hours (approximately 8:30am - 5:00pm EST) Monday through Friday, with some weekends and/or evenings required. Some domestic travel may be required, including some overnight.
