The Lead Superintendent will have overall construction responsibilities for a ground-up wood-frame multifamily project in Orlando, FL valued at $80MM. The Superintendent will have a strong track record of completing Multifamily projects ensuring their successful delivery within schedule and budget along with the ability to manage vendors, subcontractors, and field staff throughout the project duration.

SELECT RESPONSIBILITIES:
Completely review, coordinate, and implement the quality assurance program developed for the project
Monitor project labor productivity and material quantity requirements
Maintain project plans, communication, correspondence and subcontracts
Review, coordinate and implement the safety measures and applicable company programs & OSHA standards
Review project punch list and oversee completion of all project disciplines necessary to receive a certificate of occupancy
Review the Building Specification to confirm material, subcontractor, and equipment criteria and identify potential project document conflict
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
Ten (10) years of experience, specifically on ground-up wood-frame construction projects is preferred.
Exceptional knowledge of construction processes and procedures; ability to successfully manage complex projects through to completion
Advanced verbal & written communication skills, ability to navigate Microsoft Office Suites, Procore, Bluebeam, and other similar construction software
