WFA Cross Media Measurement Initiative

Miami, FL/Hybrid

Kantar Media is seeking a senior-level professional responsible for overseeing and managing the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of our latest, and arguably greatest, Audience Measurement Panel set up. In the US we are building the most complex audience measurement project technically, architecturally & legally ever attempted.

What you'll be doing

The overall objective of the role is simple: manage the program build of the single source panel & associated infrastructure undertaken by Kantar Media.

The skills & Experience needed
  • Leadership and Management of entire lifecycle of workstream teams, set clear directions, and inspire team members to achieve program goals. Strong decision-making, conflict resolution, and delegation skills are essential.
  • Project Management: Creating and managing the project plan, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful program implementation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Data Analysis: Capability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Problem Solving: Strong critical thinking skills to identify challenges, develop solutions, and adapt strategies as needed during program implementation.
  • Resource Allocation: Ability to manage budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and identify potential funding sources to support program activities.
  • Risk Management: Skill in identifying potential risks, developing contingency plans, and implementing strategies to mitigate risks and ensure program continuity.
  • Ethical Decision Making: Sound judgment and adherence to ethical standards while making decisions that impact program outcomes and stakeholders.

Management Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of the program.
  • Bring together leadership team (and working team) with clear governance in place to enable quick and effective decision making, and to highlight any risks or blockers.
  • Manage program budgets and resources effectively.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, motivating and inspiring program staff to achieve their full potential.
  • Effectively delegate tasks, providing guidance and support, and holding team members accountable for their contributions.
  • Adapt to unforeseen circumstances, navigating challenges, and implementing necessary changes to ensure program success.
  • Monitor program progress and identify and address any potential issues or risks.
  • Conduct program evaluations to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Communicate program updates and progress, and challenges to diverse audiences, both orally and in writing.
  • Develop strong external relationships with key stakeholders - ANA, ANA's stakeholders, Accenture, etc.
  • Develop strong internal relationships - foster open communication and collaboration.
  • Anticipate, mitigate and communicate program derailers.
