Primary Responsibilities
Provide the planning, budgeting, goals, objectives, and development of the Marketing, Production, Construction, and Office Teams
Lead a team of managers as they respond to and manage restoration and construction projects
Ensure clear two-way communication with owner, managers, team members, property owners, and clients
Ensure customer and client satisfaction
Oversee all project estimating, job costing, and quality control for jobsites and files
Ensure job processes and procedures are followed, including safety training and guidelines
Oversee and assist with human resources and training functions, including recruiting, hiring, training, and development of managers and staff, as necessary
Ability to manage and monitor multiple operational divisions (managers and staff)
Position Requirements
Effective written and oral communication
Intermediate math skills
5+ years management experience, restoration industry experience a plus
Excellent leadership skills
Proficient computer skills
Knowledgeable at job costing, and quality control
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
