Job Description:

A funded startup healthcare technology company, is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Chief of Staff to join our team. In this critical role, you will be the right hand to the CEO, providing exceptional support and driving key initiatives that propel our company forward.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the CEO to develop and execute strategic plans, prioritizing initiatives and setting clear goals for success.
  • Oversee key projects and initiatives, fostering collaboration across departments and ensuring timely completion.
  • Lead executive team meetings, managing agendas, action items, and follow-through.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations and briefing materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and analyze critical information from various sources to provide the CEO with actionable insights.
  • Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain strong professional relationships across the organization.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, preferably within the healthcare technology sector.
  • Proven track record of success in managing complex projects and initiatives.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and maintain a high level of detail.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
