Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and legal counsel in real estate development, leasing, and acquisitions.
Oversee leasing transactions and contribute to portfolio leasing projects.
Resolve landlord-tenant issues and ensure legal compliance.
Manage tax assessment appeals, land use, and zoning matters.
Lead efforts in obtaining economic incentives for development projects.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active membership with the state bar association.
Extensive experience in real estate law, especially in development and leasing.
Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant issues, commercial financing, and tax assessment appeals.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
