Job Description:

Under moderate supervision, schedules, plans, and supervises the day-to-day operations of one or more departments to meet Click Bond's production requirements. Meets requirements related to employee development, On Time Delivery (OTD), Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), budgets, productivity, efficiency, 5S and promotes a continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing environments in the company. Prepares in assigned teams/departments to meet future requirements through training and employee development activities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Main responsibility is leading and developing their assigned team to ensure OTD while ensuring Click Bond's quality standards.
• Assigns production responsibilities, work plans, and schedule requirements to department leads or supervisors to ensure that all jobs are completed in a matter that satisfies quality and on time delivery of Click Bond products.
• Coordinates with engineering, finance, materials, quality, maintenance, and other departments to ensure that schedules and budgets are met, and problems are resolved.
• Assists in troubleshooting to solve production process problems with processes and equipment already in operation while minimizing costs and preventing delivery delays.
• Enforces quality standards; monitors and provides corrective action for workmanship issues.
• Conducts periodic audits to ensure compliance with appropriate Quality Environmental Management System (QEMS) procedures; Identifies necessary changes in the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) and coordinates with the Quality Assurance team to develop and implement revised or new procedures.
• Executes manufacturing strategy for the department(s) encompassing Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement philosophies and concepts. Leads the implementation of Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
• Promotes, encourages, and leads assigned employees and MBU(s) towards continuous process and performance improvement.
• Ensures that the department(s) has adequate resources to perform assigned tasks. Implements company policies and procedures.
• Develops and maintains a safe work environment; ensures that stringent housekeeping, 5S standards and safety procedures and practices are followed; ensures that tools/equipment meet safety requirements; leads trend and root cause analysis and accident investigations.
• Provides input for the development of the business units strategic plans to ensure that budget, product cost, productivity, inventory levels, delivery performance and quality objectives/expectations and operational goals are met throughout the assigned departments.
• Report immediately all suspicious and hazardous conditions to a manager.
• Understand and observe all safety guidelines and assure quality and safety by complying with all appropriate CB policies and procedures.
• Assist in maintaining clean, orderly and hazard-free work areas.
• Must be a self-starter and be detail oriented.
• Other duties as assigned.

• In support of aircraft certification and final phase testing, may include flight tests on aircraft as required.
• Proficient in using computerized database management (Excel) and presentation systems (PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written skills, including strong interpersonal skills and the ability to persuade others without creating adversarial relationships. Overcomes communication barriers. Motivates others to act.
• Ability to write and read English, knowledge of Spanish is a plus.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or related/relevant curriculum or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
• Minimum of two years of technically related experience or two years general Supervisory/managerial/leadership experience.

• Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
• Moderate to frequent lifting or moving of medium weight materials. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and or move up to 50 pounds.
• Use of hand/fingers regularly through shift to manipulate components, tools, etc.
• Regularly required to sit or stand for the length of shift, bend and reach.

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT:
• The use of safety glasses as required.
• Work in and around moving machinery - required not to wear any loose/dangling articles of clothing or jewelry which could get entangled in machines.
• Other equipment as needed by specific machines.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
• Work performed in a manufacturing environment. May be exposed to noise, smells, heat, dust, etc. Work requires the observance of fire regulations and safe work practices.
