My fast growing client is seeking a proactive, experienced & transactional Senior Financial Analyst. The right person will have an aggressive career growth mentality, and wants to make a real imprint on their organization in a strategic way. This role will consist of running all financial models for all potential acquisitions. Excellent Excel, quantitate and interpersonal skills are key to success in this role. Real estate development experience a plus.
Must be open to in office 4 days a week.
Experience needed:
1-2 years from Investment Banking
OR
3-5 years in real estate development modeling • Well versed in creating models from scratch and adjust/edit existing models to fit any given transaction • Experienced with independent validation and confirmation of financial model assumptions • Strong interpersonal skills to lead meetings as necessary • Proficient in Powerpoint/Word presentations that summarize a transaction
