Responsibilities
1.Benefits Management
Manage all aspects of the benefits plan, answer questions, be support and the go-to person
Manage Workers Compensation
Handle all Leaves
Reporting, spreadsheets and presentations to leadership
High volume caseloads
HRIS management
Research and problem solving
Work closely with leadership and Human Resources
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
5+ years' experience in benefits
Strong HRIS skills
Experience problem solving, researching and presenting to all levels
