Responsibilities

1.Benefits Management
  • Manage all aspects of the benefits plan, answer questions, be support and the go-to person
  • Manage Workers Compensation
  • Handle all Leaves
  • Reporting, spreadsheets and presentations to leadership
  • High volume caseloads
  • HRIS management
  • Research and problem solving
  • Work closely with leadership and Human Resources

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • 5+ years' experience in benefits
  • Strong HRIS skills
  • Experience problem solving, researching and presenting to all levels
