Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Lead located in Dallas, TX. The Maintenance Lead will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and repair activities, including equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and other general maintenance tasks.
Qualifications
Experience in equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, and maintenance & repair
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to identify and solve maintenance issues
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
Attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Relevant certifications or technical training in maintenance is a plus
