Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day planning operations for our DTC eCommerce business and Drop-Ship programs.
Collaborate closely with design, merchandising, and buying teams to ensure timely deliverables are properly forecasted.
Review sales trends, research seasonal demand drivers, and prepare forecast data for upper-management.
Develop and execute product phase-in and phase-out plans.
Maintain an accurate demand forecast for a designated SKU range.
On a daily and weekly basis, examine and revise inventory levels to ensure product availability based on prevailing trends.
Prepare and maintain relevant reports, including stock status and inventory turnover.
Manage and communicate forecast changes to the supply chain.
Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner with Operations and Production Team.
Collaborate with Marketing team to ensure promotions and events are accounted for in demand plans.
Work closely with Design and Product Development teams to support new product launches and promotional campaigns.
Contribute to the global sales, inventory, and operations planning process.

Essential skills and qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply chain, or related field.
5+ experience as a Demand Planner. Experience in apparel eCommerce is required
Proficient in data analysis and statistical forecasting.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Experience with demand planning software (e.g., SAP APO, Netsuite, Oracle Demantra, etc.)
Able to adjust quickly to changes and fluctuations in the business environment.
