This is a full-time on-site role as a Lead Pre-K 4 Teacher at LTCLC located in Farmers Branch, TX. As a Lead Pre-K 4 Teacher, you will be responsible for managing and leading a classroom of Pre-K students, implementing curriculum, providing individualized instruction, facilitating learning activities, assessing student progress, and collaborating with parents and staff to ensure a positive learning environment.
Qualifications
Early Childhood Education experience is a must.
CDA teaching certification is a plus.
Prior experience working with Pre-K 4 or 5 students
Strong knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
Understanding of curriculum development and instructional strategies
Positive and patient attitude towards children
Ability to work effectively as a team member
Understanding of and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
