About Us: Our client is a leading multi-unit brick-and-mortar retail company committed to delivering exceptional shopping experiences to our customers. We are looking for a talented Email Marketing Manager with expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Position Overview: As our Email Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing strategies across our retail locations. You will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end email marketing programs utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role requires a deep understanding of complex ecosystems, strong analytical skills, and a passion for driving results. We need somebody who is a technical expert in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and completely comfortable doing the execution of email campaigns as well.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Develop and implement email marketing strategies to drive customer engagement, retention, and sales across our multi-unit retail locations.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Management: Manage all aspects of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including automations, segmentation, journey building, and campaign execution.
Program Management: Oversee the entire email marketing program lifecycle, from planning and execution to performance analysis and optimization.
Data Analysis & Segmentation: Utilize data-driven insights to segment the customer base effectively and personalize email content to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to optimize email performance, including subject lines, content, and CTAs.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, e-commerce, and IT, to ensure alignment of email marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of email campaigns and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Compliance: Ensure email marketing campaigns comply with relevant laws and regulations, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in email marketing, with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and automation.
Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio.
Experience working in the retail industry is a plus.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
