A Day in the Life
The Sales Operations Support Specialist is a centralized support point of contact for financial service professionals. This position is responsible for providing product, process, and procedural support via telephone, chat, and email. Skill sets served include but are not limited to customer service skills, previous experience in the financial services industry, or prior contact center experience. Duties and Responsibilities
inbound telephone interactions from financial producers
sales and product support for Life, Annuity, and Investment products
as liaison between producers and back office operations
user support for sales systems and applications
to producer requests for marketing materials and inquiries
