Goodall Brazier are currently partnered with a leading GC who has doubled their annual revenue in the past 3.5 years to $1BN. They currently have eight offices across the Southeast and due to year after year growth they are seeking a Project Manager for their office in Greenville, SC.
Our client is a market leader in the region focusing on projects across: Commercial, Industrial, Municipal, Education and Healthcare.
An ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in the construction industry and as a starter they will have the opportunity to lead two complex projects totalling up to $200MN local to Greenville, SC.
They include a strong salary package with an earning potential of up to $150 as a base salary which sits above market standard and their bonuses work on a project / performance basis.
Responsibilities
Managing overall project to ensure meeting budget and schedule.
Plan and organize key field positions including: Engineers, Superintendents, APMs.
Consistently provide a high level of customer service to staff, vendors, business partners and guests while at times, being the client interface.
Negotiate change orders.
Lease with client, manage overall client relationships.
Special duties and projects, as assigned or necessary including coverage of other coordinators.
Full understanding of design process and able to provide quality control review of plans/specifications.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in the industry.

Bachelor's Degree or relevant years of experience (Construction management preferred).
Ability to effectively prioritize with strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work with minimal guidance; Proactive, motivated self-starter.
Flexibility and ability to handle and manage change effectively and efficiently.
Experience managing projects in various construction delivery methods to include Design Build, Construction Manager/General Contractor (CMGC) and Hard bid formats.
