Dexian is seeking a Salesforce Architect for an opportunity with a client located in King of Prussia, PA.
Responsibilities:
Conduct research into clients use of Salesforce, producing a report of findings with recommended steps and a road map for Salesforce solutions
Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements
Review solutions and recommending improvements
Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, in liaison with stakeholders on the project
Own the design of Salesforce and (optionally) other affiliated solutions for Sales, Service, and platform solutions
Act as a release manager, approving configuration and coded items to be deployed between environments
Provide guidance on user story writing style
Ensure success and acceptance criteria are defined for each story
Describe and illustrate designs with appropriate justifications
Ensure documentation of the steps for testing
Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, in liaison with Salesforce SMEs
Supervise the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce
Collaborative project and workstream planning
Requirements:
5 years of experience in Salesforce
Understanding of the Salesforce platform, along with top notch people skills in order to convey ideas and solutions to the stakeholders
Technical skills in Salesforce in order to guide/document what changes will be needed
Must have - Lead-to-Order experience
Nice to have - DocuSign
Desired Skills and Experience Senior Salesforce Solutions Architect 3-6+ Month Contract. 3 days per week onsite in King of Prussia, PA. Must Have Recent Salesforce Architect experience and Lead-to-Order experience.
Details: Hiring a business resource that will be mapping out their desired Sales business process flow from Lead to Order. We are looking for a Salesforce Solutions Architect that can participate in the business process mapping sessions, so that they can guide on what is possible in Salesforce, and then identify/document what changes would be required in both of our instances of Salesforce to achieve this process.
The resource should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce. The resource will need a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, along with top notch people skills in order to convey ideas and solutions to the stakeholders. The resource will need technical skills in Salesforce in order to guide/document what changes will be needed in Salesforce.
The Solutions Architect would be designing and documenting the changes that we would make in Salesforce. This resource will be a highly technical IT resource.
Must have - Lead-to-Order experience.
Current Salesforce instances in the environment - Sales and Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud. One instance is for Clean Earth and the other is from Stericyle (from an acquisition).
This resource will not be integrating the 2 instances, but will be creating a custom solution to work in both of them.
Nice to have - DocuSign.
This is not a Salesforce implementation - it is an upgrade of the current environment (creating a customer Lead to Order solution).
Day to day duties - meeting with the business, understanding the process and making recommendations. For example, need the lead process to do x, need to build a new flow/screen here and data structures.
Will be asked to create a deliverable / technical requirement with a map. "Building solutions"
Part of this role has aspects of a Senior Technical Business Analyst in terms of the requirement gathering / working with the business to understand the issues and come up with solutions.
This resource will be working closely with the current Architect. The need for an additional Architect is because the current Architect is working on another project / lack of bandwidth.
Manager would like to know what active Salesforce Certifications the resource has.
Interview Process - 3 rounds. 1st with Manager and Lead SFDC Developer via MS Teams video, 2nd round with Architect virtual and 3rd round will be onsite with the VP of IT. Interview Times: Most days work from 1-5p CST next week (4/15).
