We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Project Manager to be responsible for managing all phases of project delivery across various clients ensuring successful on time delivery.
What a day in the life of a ReachMD Project Manager looks like:
Oversees projects through pre-planning (content and marketing), production (recording), and post-production (media) phases, communicating with team members and resources about project deliverables and status
Creates and updates project timelines
Works with the Client Services team to ensure all project elements are executed flawlessly
Manages and provides direction to internal resources on the development of content, media, and marketing related deliverables
Manages production planning meetings
Leads digital and in-person recordings
Recruits, manages and corresponds with expert medical faculty
Creates website landing pages through our Content Management System (CMS)
Ensures the fiscal health of projects
Actively mitigates risk by identifying timeline impacts and troubleshoot
What we expect from qualified candidates:
We are a hybrid work environment, and expect our employees to work on-location at our Fort Washington, PA office 3 days per week.
Bachelor's degree in or related area preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
1-2 years of project management experience
Strong orientation to customer service
Acute attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Additional Preferred Education and Experience
Continuing Medical Education (CME) or Medical Legal Review (MLR) experience
Live and digital multimedia format experience
