Impulse! is seeking an individual with strong office experience to take on an Administrative Assistant / Sales Coordinator role, responsible for supporting our sales efforts and office functions generally. This involves processing orders, updating inventory on multiple platforms, interacting with clients, helping our accounting manager with billing and payment reconciliation, as well as working with our e-commerce clients by helping with orders, questions, and customer service issues. This position requires someone with an ability to multi-task, a "go-getter" with the ability to manage multiple business tasks and help drive sales and smooth business operations overall. Qualifications and Requirements:
A great attitude and personality, strong work ethic and emotional intelligence
Excellent email, computer, writing, and phone skills
Strong communication (verbal and written), analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to multi-task, think critically and manage customer service issues professionally
Ability to work independently and to respond to leads and inquiries promptly
Experience in sales or sales environments
An interest in sales is a plus
