Job Description:

MAU is hiring a Panel Production Technician at our client in Monticello, GA. As a Panel Production Technician, you will work collaboratively in a high-volume, light manufacturing environment, operating panel line cutters, loading raw materials, performing quality control inspections, and ensuring efficient production process. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Panel Production Technician will be responsible for equipment operation, troubleshooting, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

Shift Information:

  • 1st shift, Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, with potential for additional overtime

Essential Functions:

  • Operate, clean, and service production equipment to meet quality and production goals
  • Perform equipment changeovers as needed to accommodate production demands
  • Conduct quality inspections on processes, raw materials, and finished products
  • Troubleshoot basic equipment problems and make necessary repairs
  • Utilize equipment manuals and diagrams to ensure proper operation
  • Safely operate a forklift to stage raw materials at workstations
  • Record production output, quality results, and equipment downtime reasons accurately
  • Perform mathematical calculations for production metrics and data recording
  • Maintain good housekeeping standards at workstations to ensure a safe and organized environment
  • Collaborate with production teammates and other employees to identify and implement efficiency, quality, and safety improvements
  • Perform other tasks as required
