Develop compliance plans and methodologies through research and application of engineering concepts, criteria, and standards
Establish compliance through setting test standards, performing diagnostics, analyzing findings, and troubleshooting failures
Ensure compliance by resolving non-compliance issues, recommending changes, and collaborating with engineering teams
Document compliance through application approvals, test result recording, investigative reporting, and database maintenance
Stay updated on emerging compliance practices, enhance organizational reputation, and establish requirements for standards compliance
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
5+ years of experience managing a certified quality management system with 4 years of experience driving continuous quality improvement in an automotive / manufacturing environment
Strong mechanical aptitude and internal auditing experience
Prior experience with customer quality assurance
