Our client, a growing packaging company in Northern Illinois is looking to add a Customer Experience Director to their team. You would play an important role in ensuring the satisfaction, retention, and growth of their customer base. Additionally, you would be responsible for overseeing the accountability of departmental metrics for their Customer Success and Sales Operations departments.
Responsibilities:
Lead the identification and pursuit of new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth
Develop and implement strategies to optimize sales processes and increase efficiency
Collaborate with the sales team to set ambitious targets, track performance, and drive results
Maximize the use of the ERP system to identify areas for efficiency improvement
Source new quotes and oversee timely responses to RFQs and bid requests
Delegate tasks effectively and drive deadlines for the sales operations team across multiple projects and materials
Oversee day-to-day customer orders and interactions to ensure exceptional customer experiences
Manage departmental sales order and purchase order entry and confirmations
Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by engaging in activities that monitor performance indicators and manage sales tracking tools
Develop and execute customer retention strategies to drive loyalty and retention rates
Proactively identify opportunities to add value to customer relationships and enhance satisfaction

Comfortability utilizing ERP, CRM, Excel, and Microsoft Office
