Job Description
Position Title: Senior Project Manager
Reports To: Program Supervisor
Department: PM - Direct
Location: US OR Portland Office

Position Summary
The incumbent is a key member of the Operations team and is responsible for developing localization solutions and workflows, timely and accurate completion of projects, working closely with Client Managers to maximize revenue opportunities, and building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients. While filling a leadership role in the company, the Senior PM may serve as a mentor to Project Managers and provide project supervision over one or more Project Managers.
The incumbent is expected to exercise initiative, discretion and independent judgment in the administration and management of each client relationship and will serve as a primary point of contact for the client. The Senior Project Manager position is critical to the overall success of the company.
It is essential for the Senior Project Managers to build, develop, and nurture relationships with the client and in-house staff to ensure that their requirements are met, and that localized projects deliver on time, within budget, and to acceptable standards. Good communication abilities are needed to deal with the large number of concurrent activities and people that are involved in servicing the client.
Primary Duties
The full-time hourly rate for this role are listed below. Please note that this hourly rate information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these location. Experience and education refers to LanguageLine Solutions' current hourly range for this position. US Portland Oregon and US Remote pay rate is $27.88 USD.
Candidates hired to work in US Portland Oregon will be subject to the pay range associated with the location, and the actual hourly rate amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
