The Basics:

The Marketing Operations Analyst will be responsible for Tanium's end-to-end lead routing processes, including maintaining technical workflows within our lead routing platform . In addition, assisting with the Marketing automation processes that support all aspects of the lead funnel . Finally, this role will be responsible for ensuring accurate campaign attribution alignment, which has a direct impact on pipeline. This position will be a key contributor on the marketing operations team and will work closely with other members of Marketing and Operational teams.

What you'll do:


  • Manage the end-to-end lead routing processes and establishing best practices.
  • Support all technical aspects of lead routing and optimizing workflows.
  • Assist with Marketing automation platform workflows that impact the lead funnel. Such as list uploads, list upload QA and establish best practices.
  • Work with Marketing teams to ensure accurate campaign attribution and execute technical workflows to update the systems when attribution is approved for modification.
  • Contribute to a wide range of tasks that help optimize marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Work cross-functionally with other operational teams.
  • Apply continuous improvement methodologies to analyze and understand existing processes and workflows.
  • Cross train on administrating the full Marketing Tech stack.
  • Maintaining and establishing technical documentation as needed.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Education

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience required
  • Experience

    • 1+ year of marketing operations experience
    • Experience with lead routing (LeanData or RingLead a plus)
    • Salesforce and Marketo experience a plus Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, global environment with great attention to detail

What you'll get

The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $45,000 to $130,000. This range is an estimate for what Tanium will pay a new hire. The actual annual base salary offered may be adjusted based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, location, education, skills, training, and experie nce. This position is classified as non-exempt and eligible for overtime pay as required by law.
