Job Description:

The Everyday Responsibilities


Leads a team of engineers, coordinators, and technicians, fostering a collaborative and secure work environment.


Supervises the continuous operation (24/7/365) of utility systems and is responsible for the ultimate quality of utilities provided to internal customers according to the control plan.


Manages the organization to develop and utilize Statistical Process Control (SPC) to measure and enhance performance.


Establishes and maintains operator training programs and career development to enable a thorough understanding of system operation.


Supervises the Contingent labor force responsible for operating and maintaining Gas and Chemical operations.


Takes ownership of all control system infrastructure and protocols, implementing best practices for changing control and cybersecurity. This includes OT network, SQL database, application servers, data analytics, and Ignition developers.


Collaborates with Maintenance and Engineering to identify, coordinate, and execute planned and unplanned maintenance across the site. Mitigates risk points to sustaining continuous in-spec operation.


Ensures operational continuity through effective shift handovers and daily operations meetings.


This Role Is Suitable for You If You Meet the Following Minimum Requirements:

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical field (or)


• Possesses an Associate's degree with ten (10) years of experience


• Has at least two (2) years of leadership experience or has demonstrated excellence through progressive roles or promotions


• Possesses expert knowledge of process control systems and their implementation within industrial facilities, including DCS, PLC, SCADA, ISA Standards, High Performance HMI, industrial networks, cybersecurity, and SQL databases


• Has experience working in a semiconductor manufacturing or similar high-tech environment, such as oil and gas, chemicals, or pharmaceuticals
