Job Description:

The Onboarding Program Manager is responsible for ensuring a smooth and effective onboarding experience for new hires. They will work closely with hiring managers, HR, and other stakeholders to coordinate and execute onboarding plans that align with company values and business objectives.

What will you do?


  • Develop and maintain onboarding programs that support new employees throughout their first 90 days.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure full visibility and traceability of the onboarding process.

  • Create a center of excellence with business units and sales teams. Learning and applying best practices from other parts of the business

  • Meet with new hires on a weekly basis to provide coaching and support.

  • Share insights with managers on the progress and engagement of new hires.

  • Support hiring managers with a robust task list to prioritize preboarding and onboarding activities.

  • Establish expectations and metrics for employee success and engagement.

  • Recognize and support the leadership of Buddies and Trainers in the onboarding process.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • Proven experience in onboarding, HR, or a related field.

  • Strong passion for coaching and a desire to see the organization succeed.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Experience in sales or sales support
