Job Description:

Our client, a hedge fund located in NYC, is seeking a Research Coordinator to support a team in their NYC office. The hours are 7:45/8am-5:30pm (flex needed) and this role is hybrid with four days in the office and one day remote.


Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of complex calendaring


• Work closely with the Administrative Team and Trading Desk


• Contribute to increasing the efficiency of current systems and processes


• Book conference travel and coordinate monthly expenses


• Complete ad hoc projects as requested

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required


• 4+ years of support experience in professional services


• Strong time management and ability to thrive in a feedback centric environment


• Highly developed sense of urgency

Compensation/Benefits:

• Up to $150K base + bonus
