Job Description:

Our client, an investment firm, is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to join their NYC office. The hours are 8:30am-5:30/6pm and this position is in the office five days a week.


Responsibilities:

• Provide support throughout the investor relations process


• Update and maintain the internal CRM


• Create and maintain marketing materials


• Manage busy calendars and scheduling

Qualifications:

• Degree required


• 2-4+ years' experience in financial services


• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs


• Ability to handle highly sensitive materials in a confidential manner

Compensation/Benefits:

• Up to $125K base depending on experience + bonus


• Medical, dental, and vision plans 80% covered by employer


• 15 days' vacation, sick days, and standard holidays
