(Contingent upon available funding): 44,720.00 - 62,500.00, Salary Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Nights and weekends as needed. Faculty Appt Period: Job Summary: The Executive Administrative Associate reports directly to the Vice President for the Division of Access and Community Impact and serves as a member of the leadership team. This is a full-time, in-person, exempt administrative position. The Executive Administrative Associate serves as the fiscal and administrative officer for the Division of Access and Community Impact, and the delegate/proxy for the Vice President in all OSU administrative systems, including Banner, AIRS, and OK Corral. This position supports and manages the day-to-day operational functions of the executive-level Office of the Vice President, including oversight of a highly active executive calendar. This includes managing the opening and closing of the office Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The position serves as the primary contact point for all executive-level, alumni, and donor, communications in a high activity and broadly engaged office and Division. Extensive professional development and mentoring in executive administrative support will be available for the Executive Administrative Associate position. Required Qualifications:


Highschool/GED and seven years of progressive administrative support experience, with three years of administrative support to a director level or above; post-secondary education may substitute for years of required experience.The Executive Administrative Associate position requires an extensive working knowledge of all OSU budgeting and accounting administrative systems, including external grants; experience with OSUF accounting procedures; exceptional organizational skills; excellent communication and writing skills; advanced abilities with computer software programs, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; highly motivated ability to work autonomously on budget and accounting, personnel, and other fiscal and administrative responsibilities on behalf of the office and Division; high-level decision- making skills and intuition; and the ability to proficiently work in an inclusive environment.
Completion of professional certification program or a comparable OSU Training Certificate Program. OSU Ambassador and Leadership Development Program training certificate completion required after hire.
Proficient with software programs; Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams



Preferred Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, personnel management, or related fields. 


Seven years of progressive administrative support experience in an academic area and/or administrative office in higher education. A demonstrated commitment to supporting and advancing a culture of inclusion. 


Completion of professional certification program or a comparable OSU Leadership or Administrative Certificate Program.
