LOCATION: TCC Main Campus

DIVISION/SECTION: Learning Commons

HIRING SALARY: $15.00 per hour

HOURS: 20-25 hours per week

The Academic Success Coach team is responsible for assisting with the development, implementation, and assessment of services and programs aimed at empowering student towards success.

• Provides services and supports aimed at increasing student persistence to graduation via an early alert system


• Provides tools, tips, and resources to empower students towards academic success


• Assists students with creating schedules for completion of academic work


• Meets with students to establish goals with periodic follow-up to ensure good academic progress


• Works as a bridge between student success and other campus resources


• Maintains regular contact with students and provides assistance

MINIMUM TRAINING/EXPERIENCE: Associates Degree, strong computer and communication skills. Preference will be given to candidates with a Bachelor's Degree.
