Position Description

**Position is in-office and only Hawaii residents (or those moving to Hawaii by mid-May 2024) will be considered.**

For those moving to Hawaii, relocation assistance is not provided.

Working directly for the CFO, the Controller will be responsible for managing day-to-day functions of Accounting as well as managing special projects as they relate to budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

The ideal candidate:

• is technically astute in accounting, finance, and software
• is a quick learner who can hit the ground running
• a strong people manager
• enjoys workflow/process improvement projects
• can interpret data and communicate findings/options clearly and efficiently

Position Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive accounting responsibilities and financial management
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration
• Proficient in Excel, Teams, and Outlook
• Construction accounting experience/background desirable
• Experience in eCMS or Vista desirable
