Job Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Wood is required.
- Prepare and update status reports, project budgets/costs reports, progress measurement reports, and other related activities.
- Create periodic project analysis of gathered data through verification and validation to support project control metrics.
- Prepare and update key project management reports for the purposes of supporting decisions and direction of the overall project.
- Support the change and trend management process.
- Preparing change management documents for the project, including monitoring, and tracking of cost and schedule.
- Interface with stakeholders, contractors, and management for reporting and cost tracking purposes.
- Provide timely and accurate project controls reporting and communication to management for large (EPC) projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years Project Controls experience
- Minimum 3 years of Project Controls experience or bachelor's degree in a business related major or engineering/construction management.
- SAP Experience Preferred
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook Access, PPT) Preferred Qualifications
- MS Project or Primavera knowledge preferred.
- Some knowledge of oil and gas engineering and construction processes Competencies

- Ability to cope in a positive and productive manner within a high-pressure environment as expected in a Project with an aggressive schedule.
