As a member of the Global Tech Indirect Procurement Technology team, you'll be learning and practicing strong sense of ownership, solving complex problems, applying passion for technology in your work, foster strong relationships and build trust, and works for the success of the entire team. These projects directly impact how our store and home office associates Source, contract, procure, receive, and pay for Goods Not for Resale. You'll operate as a trusted advisor as it relates to efficiencies and best practices. Global Tech Indirect Procurement Technology
Our team works closely with our US stores and eCommerce business to better serve customers by empowering team members, stores, and merchants with technological innovation. From groceries and entertainment to sporting goods and crafts, Walmart U.S. offers an extensive selection that our customers value, whether they shop online at Walmart.com, through one of our mobile apps, or in-store. Focus areas include customers, stores and employees, in-store service, merchant tools, merchant data science, and search and personalization.
What you'll do:
- Design, Developing and enhancing applications.
- Being hands-on in analyzing, coding, and recommending solutions to the stakeholders on how to best leverage the platform.
- You will have day-to-day responsibility for development and deployment of complex technical objects around the world.
- Analyze, design, develop, SAP BI/BW reporting.and Dashboards
- You'll manage the progress of the technical objects in a project and adapt as risks and issues arise.
- Your role will require clear communication on all potential and current project technical issues and provide future proof solutions.
- Additional responsibilities include evaluating application performance for efficiency and effectiveness.
What you'll bring:
4 + years of experience in SAP Lumira, SAP BW HANA development, SAP BI/BW, SAP BW4/HANA.
Development of dashboard using data visualization tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP Lumira.
Experience in SAP HANA Modeling with HANA Studio, SAP BW4 HANA, SAP BW on HANA, native HANA with SDA/SDI, SAP HANA 2.0
Exposure to S/4 HANA, CDS Views, ODATA Services, SAP Gateway, Virtual Data Models
SAP HANA data modeling using attribute View, Analytic View, and Calculation View, SAP HANA programming including SQL, SQL Script, Variables & Input Parameters.
Experience in SAP BW/BI components like Data source, User Exits, Process Chains, Remote Cubes, Data Mart and Open Hub Service, Analysis process Designer (APD), FTPs.
Experience in Front-End Business Warehouse Components like Business Object Dashboard development, Lumira, Query Development, Calculated/Restricted figures, Structures, Variables, and BEx Analyzer.
Experience in Production Support Skills including Data loads, Reporting, Performance Issues, and Data Compression Activities.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Highly Skilled in hands on development, objective analysis and recommendations
Ability to manage large, complex projects in an Agile environment.
