Our client is a leading, reputable General Contractor with a great reputation for building high quality Retail and Commercial Construction Projects. An excellent opportunity has opened up for an experienced Senior Superintendent with a luxury retail / commercial background to join the team in Los Angeles, California.


Your new role


As a Senior Superintendent, your role will be to supervise the project resulting in successful project completion. This candidate must have 10 years experience on luxury retail and have worked on minimum two projects in the $5M - $20M range.


Must have experience in Procore & Microsoft Projects (Sage and BIM are a plus).


This candidate should have experience working on luxury brands which specialize in high-end interior buildouts.


What you'll need to succeed


This position requires current Safety Trained Supervisor (STS) Certification, or achievement of STS Certification within six months of hire, maintenance of active certification status. You should possess working knowledge of all crafts (ability to read and understand specifications for all trades), and prior experience as a foreman or journeyman in at least one trade, or project engineer. Knowledge of OSHA laws, job scheduling, planning, expediting and cost control, a strong ability to problem-solve, and a strong sense of urgency
