Your new role
As the Property Manager, you will get the opportunity to oversee a large market rate property. Along with all leasing, marketing, bookkeeping, customer service, resident retention and administrative responsibilities, as well as oversight of the maintenance staff.
What you'll need to succeed
- 3-5 years as Property Manager
- Experience with 350-400 units
- Experience managing a team of 10+
- Experience with Class A & B apartments
- Great communication skills & attention to detail
