Trellis Chino is a 59-bed short term skilled nursing facility and is conveniently located just off the 60 freeway and across Chino Valley Medical Center. Trellis Chino believes in patient-centered care, that is why our building design provides our patients with all private suites and showers. NOC: 3:00PM - 11:00PM

11:00pm-7:00am (NOC)

LVN Job Duties:

• 
  NEW GRADUATES are welcome, with a passion for working with seniors.


• Must have an ability to communicate well, writing and verbally


• Trainable and able to follow instructions and implement them.


• Able to make independent decisions and apply critical thinking.


• Administer medications


• Patient documentation utilizing electronic based system


• Manage care of clients acute and chronic needs


• Supervise CNAs

Required license or certification

• Licensed Vocational Nurse ( LVN )
