Job purpose



Amprod, LLC is currently seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team.

The Graphic Designer is a key part of the marketing team and works to execute branding for internal and external audiences. Print and digital collateral creation will be central to this role. Understanding of value-based marketing, branding, and storytelling are important. This role will regularly collaborate with others on strategic growth initiatives. Attention to detail is essential.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities




  • Design branded content for digital and print advertising efforts
  • Create sales collateral elements
  • Provide expertise to new design projects and creative initiative
  • Collaborate with corporate marketing team to devise creative content strategies
  • Meet with internal partners/clients to understand design needs and direction
  • Understand and create content that appeals to multiple B2B target audiences
  • Performs other duties as directed or assigned.



Qualifications




Education

  • Relevant experience or bachelor's degree in graphic design, art, marketing, business administration, communications, or other related fields

Specialized Knowledge and Experience

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Experience with web, digital, and print design
  • Ability to build design projects and templates efficiently

Skills and Abilities




PC Skills

  • Microsoft Word - Proficient level
  • Microsoft Excel - Basic level
  • Microsoft PowerPoint - Proficient level
  • Microsoft Outlook - Proficient level
  • Adobe Suite



Other Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, problem-solve and make decisions.
  • Strong organizational/project management skills.
  • Ability to work both in a team and independently.
  • Ability to positively work through frequent changes.
  • Must be able to interact professionally, appropriately, and courteously with customers, co-workers and other outside parties.
