Attract, retain and grow Mass Affluent client relationships while driving client engagement and loyalty. Act as the primary relationship lead for a group of Mass Affluent clients. Manages the client's complete banking relationship across the company. Functions as the client's personal advocate to internal parts and adds value through the ability to identify client needs, analyze customer information, define goals and build plans in order to make client recommendations. Build trust through timely and relevant multi-channel communication strategy. Effectively collaborate with LOB partners in an effort to help clients meet their unique financial goals.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
First point of contact for assigned Affluent Client Segment Book of Business
Create/Expand Affluent Book of Business
Primary focus on retaining and expanding consumer relationships - current affluent book and drive new affluent households
Drive and build trust in affluent segment for greater client retention and loyalty
Drive collaboration with Wealth, Business Banking and Mortgage line of business partners
Utilize Technology/Digital to increase client contact points
Engaging in the Community
Drive Net New Affluent Households from the community
Creating and obtaining Center of Influences (ex: CPA, Estate/Trust Attorneys)
Premier Business Bank Strategy - Bank the Owner
Ability and understanding to engage in business needs
Primary serve Bank the Owner Strategy
Referrals directly to Business Development Specialist for business needs
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed to Perform Essential Functions of the Job
5 years demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals in financial services role
Demonstrated success with consultative, needs-based selling
Strong product knowledge related to consumer deposits, business deposits, investments, consumer loans, business loans and treasury management.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Desire to pursue professional financial designation (CFP®, CWS, ChFC, etc.) preferred
Strong oral and written communication skills
