This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a
Test Professional,
you will be responsible for :



Area of responsibility:


- Support requirements definition clarifying acceptance criteria with Systems Engineer.


- Ensure clarity and testability of verification and validation requirements, based on anticipated acceptance criteria.


- Contribute expert content from functional ownership.


- Develop and maintain test strategies for functional areas.


- Coordinate cross-functional input into test strategy.


- Level test content across integration, verification, and validation.


- Ensure test strategy content maps to requirement specifications.


- Author and maintain both automation and manual ST/SIT specifications.


- Identify requirement's that can be automated vs. manual and coordinate with automation team.


- Ensure accuracy, relevance, and completeness of test specifications.


- Execute manual and automated in-sprint, free-form vertical slice testing in cadence with agile development.


- Provide rapid feedback to agile teams on quality and capture findings via issues.


- Execute (automated and manual) formal ST and SIT Specifications following R3.


- Submit high-quality defect reports for all observed findings.


- Confirm defect resolutions at the ST/SIT level, including regression.


- Represent test team within project and organization.


- Support issue/defect elaboration and investigation at CCB and CRB.


- Support feature demonstrations for project team and non-project business needs.

- Previous experience in a healthcare or medical technology environment.


- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.


- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.


- Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks.


- Familiarity with C# or other programming languages



Required skills to have for the success of this role.


- Bachelor's degree in computer science or Health Science (with a Concentration in Nuclear Medicine) or related field (or equivalent experience).


- 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.


- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices.


- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
