LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Project Engineer in Sacramento, CA within the HVAC industry. This a full-time, direct-hire, salary range $65K - $95K.
Responsibilities:
Assist Project Manager with take-off, estimating, change directive pricing, job cost forecasting, billings, close-out documentation, prospecting, and new bid support.
Assist Project Manager in writing proposals, letters, memos, subcontracts, change orders, and other documents related to the project execution.
Other tasks and duties as assigned by supervisor and/or upper management.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of industry experience.
BS in Engineering; Construction Management or related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
