As a Licensed Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in guiding our clients through their investment journey and helping them achieve their financial goals.
We are seeking an exceptional licensed real estate agent to join our team, supporting our Broker in driving the business forward, managing transactions, and building lasting relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a difference in clients' lives and helping them overcome challenges such as decision paralysis and uncertainty in achieving their investment goals.
Requirements of the position
Must hold a real estate license and transfer it to our brokerage
Extremely organized and detail-oriented
Strong communication skills
Must be curious and loves to learn
Must be interested in real estate as a whole and investment real estate in particular
Ability to think fast on their feet
Positive attitude and mindset
Strong interest in personal finance and investing
Pluses (not required)
Prior real estate experience a plus
College degree (associate or bachelor's) a plus but not required
Responsibilities of the position:
Prepare offers, contracts, amendments, and listing agreements on investment properties
Coordinate transaction workflow and communicate with all parties involved
Support the Broker in guiding clients through their investment journey and helping them overcome challenges
Assist in helping clients find peace of mind and a sense of control over their financial future through sound investment decisions and portfolio management
Functions and Tasks of the position
Builder Account
DocuSign contracts and amendments
Coordinate third-party inspections and buyer walks
Send construction updates to buyers, agents, and lenders
Show available properties (if local)
Investment Listings
Coordinate professional photos
List properties on the MLS
Coordinate make ready/remodeling
Coordinate inspection and appraisal
Coordinate closing and send wiring instructions
Analyze investment properties
CMA: Help owner determine list price
DocuSign listing agreements and disclosures
Investment Purchases
Analyze investment properties
Show properties (if local)
DocuSign offers on properties
Coordinate inspection and appraisal
Coordinate closing and send wiring instructions
Admin
Answer phones
File documents (digitally)
Miscellaneous administrative tasks
