Top Tier law firm seeks a Litigation Partner Attorney or group with a portable book of business specializing in high-stakes complex commercial litigation disputes, securities litigation, class actions, antitrust matters, or white-collar defense. They seek seasoned litigators with a proven track record in bet-the-company cases, demonstrating proficiency in all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial and appeal.
Lead and manage high-stakes litigation matters, representing clients in state and federal courts as well as alternative dispute resolution forums.
Develop and maintain a strong book of business, cultivating and expanding client relationships within the litigation practice.
Provide strategic counsel and advocacy to clients, delivering efficient and effective legal solutions tailored to their needs and objectives.
