We're hiring a Head of Product Marketing to lead our product marketing strategies. This role involves strategic planning, collaboration with product teams, and driving go-to-market efforts to maximize product success.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute product marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
Define target markets and positioning strategies for products.
Collaboration:
Work closely with product development, sales, and marketing teams for alignment.
Support sales enablement efforts with compelling messaging and materials.
Go-to-Market Strategy:
Lead go-to-market plans for new product launches.
Create product narratives and value propositions for differentiation.
Marketing Campaigns and Content:
Develop integrated marketing campaigns to generate awareness and demand.
Create marketing collateral and content to support sales efforts.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
Use insights to inform product positioning and strategies.
Metrics and Measurement:
Define KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness.
Analyze data to optimize strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of product marketing experience with successful product launches.
Have led a team and/or built a product marketing program from the ground up.
Strong strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics.
