Job Description:

Our agency client is looking to bring on a Full-Time Paid Media Strategist. As a member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic paid media campaigns for diverse B2C clients across different industries. This position requires a keen analytical mindset, creative thinking, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Position Type: Full-Time Employment (FTE)

Location: Position can sit in either Chicago or Saint Louis

Schedule: Hybrid - In-office presence required on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Salary range $80-$100K

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with client teams to understand campaign objectives, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop comprehensive paid media strategies tailored to each client's unique goals, budget, and industry landscape.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audience segments, media channels, and competitive insights.
  • Create detailed media plans outlining campaign objectives, budget allocations, flighting schedules, and performance benchmarks.
  • Oversee the execution of paid media campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and programmatic display.
  • Monitor campaign performance in real-time, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize media spend, targeting parameters, and creative assets.
  • Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in paid media advertising to continuously innovate and improve campaign outcomes.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Agency experience required
  • 3+ years of experience in paid media planning and strategy within an advertising agency or similar environment.
  • Proficiency in media planning tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and exceeding client expectations.
