Institutional Marketing Lead, Pricing & Analytics

Warren, NJ - On-site 3 days per week

6 Month contract

$75-90ph

Barrington James Recruitment has partnered with a well known, Global Pharmaceutical company, recruiting an Institutional Marketing Lead.

This role will develop support all the near-term launches (0-6 months), manage the launch activities, post launch compliance tracking, timely respond to any market activity. For the portfolio, analyse the market & competition, keep track of competitor activity, conduct market research (primary/ secondary), identify issues and opportunities within a given market, develop pricing strategies/ processes and then work with agency partners to create and implement tactics aligned with the strategies and objectives.

Responsibilities

Marketing - Manage portfolio of institutional Inline products, build SKU based volume and financial forecasts, LBE, recommendations for price adjustments, monitor the supply plan, Customer Orders, Customer Allocation, New business opportunities etc.

Pricing - Create pricing strategy/ model for existing and new products, obtain/ track competitive intelligence, create/ analyse the gross to net files etc.

Research and Analytics - identify the key gaps or opportunities in the therapy/ product/ devices - new molecule/ manufacturer entry, FDA approvals, price/ WAC changes, new line extension/ SKU entry, competitor exit, Therapy Guideline changes, activity around API, Competitor Device Issues & any market issue etc.

Promotion - Lead the development and launch of marketing plan & Campaigns. Develop and implement tactical plans to meet defined timelines.

Forecasting - forecast models for the products. Track & Document changes in the forecast and maintain a quarterly dashboard. Work closely with supply chain team to share the updated forecasts.

Educational & Experience:

Education: BA/BS is required. An advanced degree (MBA or PhD) is preferred.

Experience in launching generic products in the Institutional space, specialty experience preferred.

Experience in managing oncology injectable portfolio is strongly preferred.

Minimum or 5 years. 7+ years of marketing & Sales experience preferred.

Experience in managing an advertising agency

Experience in managing a patient/reimbursement HUB is preferred.

Experience of working with key EMR/ EHR platforms is preferred.

Strong understanding of the New Product Launch process in the Institutional space

Strong understanding of Oncology Therapy Area

Strong strategic thinking, decision making, and problem solving.

Self-starter with strong leadership skills, including ability to influence without authority and collaboration.

Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills (written and verbal) required.

Proven teamwork ability, routinely facilitating the exchange of ideas.

Demonstrated ability to bring ideas to action.

Advanced level of Office 365 (PowerPoint, Excel (Macro)) preferred.
